I went to this nursery with my family and was treated as if we were invisible. I will never do business here again at this racist store who ignores Black customers. I have been here several times before including at their old location. However the treatment we experienced this day was enough for me to never return. About a week ago, we visited in the afternoon. As soon as we talked into the building, I saw that there were two white female employees in the store, one middle aged, one younger. We were the only customers in the building. I looked over and even made eye contact, and neither of the two ever greeted our family. We walked towards the houseplants and perused them, and still, no hello, no how can I help you, no words at all. I actually turned around at this point and looked at both of the women, and still, they acted as if we weren't in the store. The sole person who spoke to us was a middle aged Black man who worked there who came out of the pond supply door to the left and said how are you all doing. The two women never said a word. We were there for several minutes, so you can imagine how weird and obviously blatantly racist it is to be within feet of employees who act l

This place is awesome, my son was in awe of the fish and to be honest their pond itself was pretty nice. Their selection is off the charts and every employee we encountered was very friendly and eager to assist.

I cannot say enough good things about Petals and Ponds! Tyler and RJ showed up on time, were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They repaired and remodeled our leaking koi pond waterfall, and the final result exceeded anything I could have imagined. What started as a simple one-tier waterfall was transformed into a beautiful two-tier waterfall that looks absolutely stunning and sounds amazing. They even made two additional trips to pick up more rocks to ensure the project was done right. Most importantly, I am completely confident that the leak issue has been resolved. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to quality were evident throughout the entire process. If I could give Petals and Ponds 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pond or waterfall repairs, renovations, or new installations!

This is the only nursery that we go to every year. Where the quality is the best. The prices are also the lowest in Gwinnett. Every single plants that we purchased from this place grew healthy and produced in abundance. Pictures are from our Ghost pepper plants from 2025. They produced all the way till the first frost. I made pepper sauce that I'm still using and shared. And have peppers left in my freezer.

Stopped by the new Petal and Pond location today and it was amazing. They just opened this week. Iβm sure they are saying finally. Cannot wait til they have the Koi Pond running. Give just a little while and itβll have all the character their old location had. Employees were super helpful and answered all our questions. Great job owners of the pedal and pond. I do have one recommendation - make a little room where all of the super exclusive tropical plants have their own little area. Having them all upfront is cool, but it was even cooler at the old location. It felt exclusive. With the plants out front near the checkout looks like they were on sale not being your centerpieces they should be - but thatβs it. I not trying to be too much of a critic because I love your new location. Good luck with the grand opening!
